Guide Fee
	1. Guide Fee (up to 9 clients)
		1-1.Basic Guide Fee
				Half Day (4 hours) 18,000 yen
				Full Day (8 hours)  28,000 yen
		1-2.Extra fees for overtime
			Extra fee of 3,000 yen per hour shall be added to above fee.
		1-3.Extra fees for clients over 9 persons.
			When number of participating clients is over 10, following percentage will be added to the basic fee.
				10 to 29 persons; add 10 percent of the basic fee.
				30 to 40 persons; add 30 percent of the basic fee.
	2. Other expenses
		2-1. Transportation expenses
			Public transportation fee for guide from home to the place where service starts/ends. Taxi fares must be requested if the starting time or ending time be early in the morning or late at night.
		2-2. Meal expenses
			When the guide will eat together with the clients, clients shall pay his/her expenses. When the guide will not eat together with the clients, clients shall pay him/her the following meal expenses.
				Breakfast ---- 1,000 yen
				Lunch      ---- 1,500 yen
				Dinner     ---- 2,000 yen
		2-3. Entrance fee
			When the guide need the entrance fee for some sightseeing place, clients shall pay for his/her entrance fee.
		2-4. Accommodation fee for the guide
			When the guide need hotel accommodation on the night before the day of service or on the night of the day of service, accommodation fee will be charged to the clients.
		2-5. Extra fee for special/technical interpretation
			Interpretation in a special field, another charge may be charged. Moreover, it is likely not to be undertake it, according to the content.
	3. Payment conditions
		3-1. Necessary expenses shall be paid to the guide in Japanese Yen cash only. 3-2. We may ask for the advanced remittance in some case.
	4. Cancellation
		4-1. Cancellation fee will be asked for when cancelling after the reservation.
				Day of the service	100 % of the basic fee
				Previous day and 2 days    before the day of service	50 % of the basic fee
				3 days to 7 days     before the day of service	30 % of the basic fee
	5. Remarks
		#1. Please feel free to ask about model plan or quotations.
		#2. I will inform the emergency contact by cellphone after the contract.
